  I visited from Texas, the whole school was extremely inviting! I had a great time, insightful instruction, and some tough rolls!

  Sean Spangler is an amazing coach. He's passionate, patient and knowledgeable. The thing I like about his style of teaching is that hes very detail oriented from the start. If you don't get the details right, none of the techniques will work.
  I also like this gym because it's really welcoming and friendly. No one will make you feel bad for being a beginner or being shy. Any type of person is welcome here! The only exception is that any negative, overly agressive or hostile people are quickly removed from the gym. This is a safe, fun and calm space!
  It's also a pretty upscale space compared to a lot of other martial arts gyms.
