  I am not a review person. Although I understand the value of review. I am amazed that there are businesses like Honeycutt and Jones around.
  They have serviced my heating and A/C for 9 years. each time the come out they are polished, professional, respectful and a joy to deal with.
  Let me share a story with you that is 100% True.
  Yesterday, May 26th 2016 my A/C failed. It is 85 degrees and it is 3:10PM. I called Honeycutt and Jones and shared with them that my A/C stopped working! Carrington Jones called me with 10 minutes. He was out to my house within 90 minutes even calling me ahead to tell me that he was running 30 minutes late. What service provider does that? Honeycutt and Jones does!
  The problem as diagnosed as a faulty breaker. He cleaned the working and non- working unit and was able to get it running. It ran until 8:30 that night and then stopped.
  I emailed them that evening with my problem. I asked them in my email if they could replace the breaker early in the morning so the house would not heat up during the day.
  Wow! I get an email at 8:42 this morning that the breaker has been changed and the unit is working perfectly.
  Honeycutt and Jones stands on an Island for their extraordinary customer service. Price is what you pay, value is what you get.
  If you are looking for a company that embodies old world business practices where the customer is truly important, look no further that Honeycutt and Jones.
  Every company could take a page out of their customer service book as use it as a training guide. They are incredible! No need to go anywhere else. You are throwing your money away.
