  I am so happy with my experience here. They were so personable and willing to work with whatever my situation was and the results are amazing. I haven't been so keen on recommending a place in so long. The staff is amazing, the visits are fast and to the point and I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else.

  I do not recommend them to anyone. They did things without telling me what was happening first. One time they put a file between my top two front teeth and when I asked why they said they were fixing a problem I mentioned. However, I did not mention a problem, I had simply asked a question about my teeth. Overall, it was a traumatizing experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. After I got my retainers I did not go back because I had bad memories. I also would not recommend getting a permanent bottom retainer since mine has come off twice now in less than a year and they charged me to get it glued back on. My younger brother got braces from Altherr and had a wonderful experience.
