  I cannot say enough about the tremendous service that Stephanie has provided to a person she recently worked with as well as to their family and the community the person moved to. Transitioning to a new level of care is never easy for the person or the family. Stephanie came in, got to know the person, and guided the family through the entire process. Her expertise in the transition process allowed the person to move into their selected community within 24 hours. Stephanie was such a relief to the person, the family, and to me as the healthcare provider. Her quick response and attention to detail created such a smooth transition. She went above and beyond for the good of the person she worked with. She handled all the paperwork, she spent hours chasing medication lists, coordinating transportation, and being a resource and source of comfort for the family. Her services are different to other companies that just give people names of facilities in their area. I look forward to working with her more in the future and will surely be happy to be a reference for her and her company.

  I referred Stephanie to my co-worker who needed help finding alternative placement for a family member. Having known Stephanie for years, I had the utmost confidence that she would treat them like family. Not only did she find a new community for my co-worker's family member to save them money, she helped make their transition a smooth one! My co-worker couldn't thank me enough and was so impressed by all of the details Stephanie handled, including dinner reservations for their first night in the new community. I will continue to refer to Stephanie every opportunity I see!
