  We lived there for a year. We had one of the cottages that look to Ten-Ten Rd and it was like living in a cave. The living room had absolutely no natural light and neither did the master bedroom. People used to walk by our windows when they were walking to the close by gas station and pizza place.
  We have a dog and took him to the dog park daily. The dog park is absolutely gross, nobody picks up after their dogs, when the weather got warm you could not sit there because of the odor. We complained several times at the office and the answer we got was that "there was nothing they could do about it', they charge you a "pet fee" of $300 that we were told is used to pay for the company that comes to pick up the feces, we would have gotten more satisfaction just burning that money.
  We could see one of our neighbors walking their dog, letting him poop right outside our door and not picking it up. Definitely a bunch of not very considerate people living there.
  I once called the office to see if they would pick up a package that had been left at my door because rain was on the forecast and I was not going to be home until later and they told me that they could not make any promises and, indeed, the box was right at my door when I got home, luckily, it did not rain.
  During hurricane Matthew in October, 2016, water came in the house from outside the walls of the bedrooms, we called maintenance to let them know but they did not do anything about it.
  Once we moved out we got a trust ledger telling us that we owed $1134 because they had to change the carpet due to pet urine. We went to talk with them, they showed us a picture of the peeled off rug right between the kitchen and the dining area with what they said it was a urine stain. There is no way of proving it wasn't but we know our dog does not pee in the house, and, if he did, that would definitely be the place where he did it. We argued about why they changed they whole carpet instead of just that room and they said that it is their procedure and that, their carpet provider had changed so they could not just change one room because it would be a different carpet (not our problem but we are paying for it).
  We had already heard some stories from other neighbors about the management and how they handled things.
  They have a free laundry room because they do not include washer and dryer, one of the two dryers there was out of order for (I think) most of the year we were there.
  We would not recommend this place to anyone, bad maintenance, bad management and gross dog park. The screened porches are useless and if you are looking to ten-ten road, forget about quiet nights.
