  Master Teresa is one of the kindest, most patient and influential mentors I've had in my life. The community she has built at her studio really emphasizes team work and integrity. She perfectly balances the seriousness of Tae Kwon Do and self defense while making it fun and a good workout at the same time. In my 8 years there was no doubt that she really cares for everyone in her studio and is very passionate about what she does.
