  My time here has been aggravating for the most part.
  ▪ First and foremost is the absolute joke of a parking lot, it is the worst I have ever experienced, there is just not enough parking for the residents let alone visitors, roads are narrow and parking spaces are tight (parked trucks protrude into the road making it even narrower and cause dangerous blind spots). To add insult to the situation, there is a ridiculous parking policy which is intended to benefit residents by giving them a "primary parking pass" which still doesn't guarantee you a spot AT YOUR OWN APARTMENT THAT YOU PAY FOR and it's a total headache to have visitors because of fear of them being towed.
  ▪ Second is the pricing, it's flat out made up and ridiculous, the parking situation alone should drop the base price of living here and if you see what is offered, it's just not worth what they charge no matter the excuse of "property appraisal" they give.
  ▪ Bottom line: Worst parking in America and is not worth what they claim.. and someone said it earlier, "They treat you like numbers and not as people." Can't wait to leave..
